I use a focused relaxation which offers support while allowing access to inner strengths and resources. It is designed to help with anxiety and stress to some degree and to develop trust in yourself.
The first two sessions will ideally take place within a week of each other. after two to three sessions I will supply a personalised CD for you to take away and use at home.
Relaxation may also be used as part of a counselling therapy where a session can facilitate the work.
